| Product Overview NCP81295 and NCP81296 are 50 A, electronically resettable, series fuses for high-current applications such as servers, storage devices, and base stations. The NCP81295/6 features an integrated MOSFET with very low on-resistance (0.65 mΩ) to reduce solution size and power consumption. It also integrates a high-precision current sensor for monitoring and overload protection. |
