Product Introduction
The SC92F7545/7445 (hereinafter referred to as SC92F7X45) series is an enhanced ultra high speed 1T 8051 core industrial grade Flash microcontroller, with an instruction system fully compatible with traditional 8051 product series. The SC92F7545 Flash ROM is 32 Kbytes, and the SC92F7445 Flash ROM is 16 Kbytes. SC92F7X45 integrates 2 Kbytes SRAM, 128 bytes EEPROM, up to 30 GP I/Os, 15 IO interruptible externally, 3 16 bit timers, 12 channels of 12 bit high-precision ADC, 1 analog comparator, 3 channels of 12 bit PWM, IO driver grading control, 1 16 × 16 bit hardware multiplier, internal ± 1% high-precision high-frequency 16/8/4/1.33MHz oscillator and ± 4% precision low-frequency 128K oscillator, UART and other communication interfaces. To improve reliability and simplify customer circuits, the SC92F7X45 also integrates high reliability circuits such as 4-level optional voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, and low-power WDT. SC92F7X45 has excellent anti-interference performance and is very suitable for industrial control and consumer applications such as various IoT controls, smart home appliances and smart homes, chargers, power supplies, model aircraft, walkie talkies, wireless communication, game consoles, etc.

Can serve as a clock source for Base Timer and WDT, and wake up STOP
Frequency error: Across (4.0V~5.5V) and (-20~85 ℃) application environments, the frequency error does not exceed ± 4 PERCENT after register correction
Low Voltage Reset (LVR):
The reset voltage has 4 levels to choose from: 4.3V, 3.7V, 2.9V, 2.3V
The default value is the value selected by the user for burning the Code Option
Flash burning and simulation:
