The ADM3251EARWZ is a unidirectional digital isolator , part of the IsoPower and iCoupler series. This surface-mount device is designed to provide high-speed, low-power digital isolation for RS-232 applications. The isolator features a Schmitt trigger input and a 1-bit driver, making it suitable for use in a wide range of industrial and medical applications.
