Product Introduction
The MAX44009 ambient light sensor provides 12C digital output and can be used in portable products such as smartphones, laptops, and industrial sensors. The MAX44009 has a 22 bit ultra wide dynamic range (0.045 lumens to 188000 lumens).
Due to its ability to detect extremely weak light, it is ideal for working in dark glass environments. The spectral response of on-chip photodiodes is optimized for the human eye's response to ambient light, integrating infrared and ultraviolet shielding. The adaptive gain circuit can automatically select the correct lumen range for optimized testing (count value/lumen).
